A Path of Heart

Alexandra Klein

Monday, October 12th at 6pm PST

Amidst a global pandemic, social unrest, and the upcoming presidential election, the world can feel divided and overwhelming- both individually and collectively. It is easy to feel disconnected, angry, isolated, or even hopeless. Heart-based meditation practices can help support us during these times.

A Path of Heart is a four-week mindfulness journey exploring how we can meet each moment with an open heart. Instead of reacting from our heads, we can respond from our hearts, responding to life just as it is happening.

A Mindful Family Afternoon at MeadowSong Flower Farm

Sunday, August 30th from 4 to 5:30pm

Join us for an afternoon of family connection through nature, flowers and mindfulness. There will be a brief reading of How Do You See the World? a story of perspective. We will then practice mindfulness as we consider our own perspective and notice how being outside in nature amongst the beautiful flowers affects our outlook on life and we feel from within.
