Join me for a 15 Day Mindfulness Challenge to start the New Year in a very intentional way

It’s almost the New Year—which means it’s time for many of us to start thinking about our resolutions, goals, and intentions for the year ahead.  If you’re looking to invite more calm, clarity, and spaciousness into your everyday life, consider committing to a daily meditation practice in 2023 starting with 15 days together.


Each day you will receive an email to your inbox that includes:

  • Daily Practice and Reflection: to try on for size, bringing forth more presence, intention and heart into your daily life

  • Meditation Practice: a recorded guided meditation between 5 to 12 minutes to be used as way of building the habit of sitting while applying the teachings of each Daily Practice

  • Wisdom Quotes: included in each email are some of my most favorite quotes and wisdom teachings from various background and lineages for you to find inspiration


Additionally, there will be weekly check in session held each Monday from 6:30 to 7:00pm PST via Zoom. Each session will include:

  • Meditation practice

  • Questions with discussion

  • With time permitting mindfulness dialogue within groups, reflecting on themes of daily lessons

Zoom calls will be on January 2nd, 9th & 16th
