Session 1: The Foundations of the Practice

In this first session together, we will learn the foundations of practice and what it means to “be here now”. We will explore the importance of steadying our attention by placing our awareness on the body and breath along with discussing the benefits of the practice; decreasing stress and anxiety while bringing more ease, contentment and resiliency into our daily lives. The session will close with a guided meditation.
